Membership Packs:

Our client presented us with their requirement to mail Membership Cards to over 50,000 members, within a very tight timeframe. Packs were to include personalised PVC cards mounted on a personalised A4 letter, along with their regular publications.

Our Solution:

Our proposal was presented with time lines to maintain tight control of the project. Data was received on 7th January and mailsorted in 2 batches to ensure card production and letter printing sequentialy matched.

Envelopes were designed to prompt the contents of the EIS membership card benefits. Letters and cards were produced in the same mailsort order, to ensure the correct running order was maintained for fulfilment. Cards were crossmatched and secured to their corresponding letters, then enclosed into C4 outers with their bi-monthly publication and membership benefits book. Uplift was arranged with Royal Mail for their target date of 13th February.
