2 x Xerox Rialto

With reel-fed inkjet technology, our fully integrated roll-to-cut-sheet press offers increased performance, efficiency and flexibility through high speed, continuous feed, single-pass duplex colour printing. High density pigment inks and Infra-Red dryers offer high quality print at record speeds, meaning that this on-demand technology can offer a time-saving competitive alternative to traditional litho print.

Xerox 8250

High capacity sheet-fed colour laser technology offering a high speed white paper solution. Negating the requirement for pre-printed base stock, this press gives the ability to print base stock and letter text simultaneously, saving you time and money.

2 x Xerox Versant 3100

Offering high quality print on a variety of media types up to 350gsm, with fully automated colour laser and production print optimisation and Ultra HD 10 bit Resolution to give four times more pixels than standard. Complete with integrated booklet stitcher and wider format printing, this press can offer high quality colour books to add value to any mailing campaign.

Xerox Versant 180

High quality colour laser printing with Ultra HD Resolution for a variety of media types up to 300gsm, offering jaw-dropping detail, crispness and clarity from first print to last.

Konica Minolta 1250

Powerful, high speed production output in high-quality B&W offering sharper text, denser black fills and smoother halftone images whilst maintaining image stability over long press runs. Ideal whether you are looking for a white paper solution or black overprint on your supplied pre-printed stock.

2 x AMS Envelope Printers

Full colour inkjet technology offering high speed, competitive duplex envelope printing. Ideal for personalised mailings, these printers can offer a full range of window and non-window envelopes from C6 up to C4.

Inserting

3 x BB700 Inserters

As one of the fastest envelope inserters, our BB700’s are ideal for all DL, C5 and C4 mailings where the intelligent processing and personalisation of inserts/envelopes is crucial. Their cross-match system offers security and reliability, whilst their closed loop system fully automates re-processing of any incorrect records to ensure 100% mailing. Copies of these reports can then be supplied to the client for their records.

Polywrapping up to A4 with multi-insertion

Polywrapping is one of the most efficient options to enclose and post catalogues, brochures, books or magazines. With multi-insertion up to A4 size, your items will be collated with a printed carrier sheet and enclosed in a clear polythene outer, offering immediate impact on delivery. For those lower volumes and/or more bespoke contents, we can also offer hand fulfilment into clear polybags.

Mailsort consolidation system

With our high speed sortation technology, we can pre-sort your DL or C5 mail before it even reaches Royal Mail, offering competitive discounts on your postage against the cost of stamps or franking. Alternatively, we can offer electronic “soft-sorting” of your letters prior to insertion, offering more flexibility on format. Minimum quantities for mail sorting are 4,000 items for Letters and 1,000 items for Large Letters.
