THE CHALLENGE

The challenge was to send out a personalised welcome packs which include letters which have an integrated (Credit Card sized) membership card. This has the members account number and local branch information along with which product catalogues were also sent.

THE SOLUTION

Bespoke A4 letter stock is produced especially for Minster which enables PM Solutions to then laser over print the variable information. Packs are sent daily.

THE RESULT

Over the last 12 months the customer retention has increased and other brands within the Saint Gobain Group plan to follow Minster.
