Closed Loop Integrated Processing (CLIP)

CLIP provides our customers with 100% integrity through a file based inserting system. The customer print file will automatically go into the inserting machines database which will read a code on the document via a camera imaging system built into the machine and verify each printed document against every record in the job data file.

This will then facilitate:

• Reprint file creation

• Duplicate document detection

• Duplicate job detection

• Sequence verification

• Manual reconciliation

Reports can then be produced which provides the customer with total transparency to our production process.
